You rank, and still never get named
Position three for your category term, and the AI answer above it recommends four competitors and not you. The click was gone before the result loaded.

The shortlist is no longer built on page one. It is assembled inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews — before a single tab opens. We make sure your product is in that answer, and we show you the receipts every month.
The problem
Most SaaS teams are still only doing the first one, and cannot see that they are losing the second.
Position three for your category term, and the AI answer above it recommends four competitors and not you. The click was gone before the result loaded.
Traffic reports look healthy because they count informational queries that will never buy. Nothing in the deck separates a reader from a pipeline.
Twelve blog posts a month, a rising “domain authority” score, and no answer to the only question that matters: did a buyer find us and act?
Ask your current provider what ChatGPT replies when a buyer asks for alternatives to your biggest competitor. Most cannot tell you, because they have never checked.
What you get, every month
Content earns the position. Citations earn the recommendation. Measurement proves which of the two is moving. Run one without the others and you get a plateau.
Comparison, alternatives and use-case pages built for the queries that appear at the end of an evaluation, not the beginning. The pages a buyer reads with a card in hand.
Placements on the listicles, review sites and niche publications that the AI engines actually quote when they build a shortlist. Earned on merit, never bought from a network.
A live dashboard plus a monthly report covering all seven engines: who gets named for your buying questions, which sources they quote, and exactly where you stand.
Pricing
The deliverable counts are fixed and written down, so you can check what you got against what you paid for. No “scope to be agreed”, no hourly drift.

Measurement
Compounding work is slow before it is fast. These are the checkpoints we agree up front, so “is this working?” has an answer that neither side can fudge.

Questions
Most agencies optimise for a blue link and report on rankings and traffic. That is still worth doing, and we do it. The part usually missing is the answer layer: whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or an AI Overview names you when a buyer asks who to use. Those answers are built from sources the engines trust, which is why earned citations sit alongside content here rather than being sold as an add-on.
Not directly, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing. What you can influence is the evidence those engines read: the comparison pages they quote, the review sites and roundups they cite, and whether your product is described clearly enough to be picked up accurately. We measure which sources each engine quotes for your buying questions and work on those specifically. That is a lever, not a switch, and we report it as one.
Technical fixes can move things within weeks. New pages typically need six to twelve weeks to settle. Citations compound from month three. If you need pipeline inside thirty days, paid search is the honest answer and we will say so on the call.
A 90-day initial term, because nothing meaningful can be judged in less. After that it is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Your pages, briefs, data and contacts are yours throughout and leave with you.
We do, unless you would rather your team did — in which case we brief and edit. Either way a named person on your side approves everything before it publishes. Nothing goes live unreviewed, and no page ships with a claim we cannot source.
Search Console and analytics access, a route to publish, and one person who can approve a page within a few days. That is genuinely it. Programmes stall on approval bottlenecks far more often than on strategy.

We will look at your category live, show you what the engines currently say when a buyer asks for a recommendation, and tell you plainly whether we can help. No deck, no pitch.
